what is crossfit lite?

Our CrossFit Lite workouts have the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) with scaled down weights or body weight movements.

This is the perfect introduction to CrossFit if you are a little hesitant about doing a workout.

Who is Crossfit lite for?

While CrossFit Lite is made to remove some of the more complicated and intimidating aspects of CrossFit from the daily regimen, that doesn’t mean to say it’s only tailored for beginners.

If you’ve been lifting heavy lately or need to work on your cardio this will be a great workout! Just because there’s no heavy weights doesn’t mean it will be easy!

what’s the difference between CrossFit & crossfit lite?

CrossFit Lite was developed and introduced by Belerion for people who want to test the water as to what CrossFit represents – for our members to challenge themselves without taking part in some of the more advanced gymnastics and weightlifting elements of the full CrossFit class.

The sessions are a great alternative for those who want to understand more about the CrossFit training methods, but are looking for a more scaled down version of traditional CrossFit training.
